Shipping Policy

NK Dates aims to deliver your dates, dry fruits, nuts, seeds and other products safely and as quickly as reasonably possible.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently accept orders for delivery to locations served by our delivery partners within India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and the products ordered.
2. Free Delivery
🚚 FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF ₹1,499 OR ABOVE
Orders with a final eligible order value of ₹1,499 or more qualify for free delivery.
Orders below ₹1,499 may be charged a delivery fee, which will be communicated/shown during the ordering process.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Product availability
- Order processing time
- Delivery partner availability
- Weather conditions
- Festivals and peak shopping periods
- Unforeseen circumstances
The estimated delivery timeline displayed or communicated at the time of ordering should be treated as an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Currently, NK Dates accepts:
- UPI
- Bank Account
Orders may be processed during our normal business/dispatch hours.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable mobile number.
NK Dates will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery address.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses the package or cannot be contacted, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
For perishable or fresh products, repeated delivery attempts may not be possible.
7. Inspect Your Order
Customers are encouraged to check their order at the time of delivery.
Please verify the products and packaging before accepting the delivery.
Once a food order has been checked and accepted, returns are generally not permitted, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged Packages
If the package appears significantly damaged at delivery, please notify the delivery person where possible and contact NK Dates immediately.
Photographs or videos may be requested to investigate the issue.
9. Fresh & Exotic Fruits
Fresh/exotic fruits can be sensitive to transportation and temperature.
Customers should inspect fresh fruits immediately after receiving the order and report any genuine delivery-related quality issue as soon as possible.
10. Delivery Delays
NK Dates is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, festivals, technical issues or delivery-partner delays.
