1. About Our Products
NK Dates sells dates, dry fruits, nuts, seeds, honey mixes and fresh/exotic fruits.
Natural food products may vary in colour, size, shape, texture and appearance from one batch to another.
Product images are for representation and actual products may have minor visual differences.
2. Product Prices
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Prices may change because of market conditions, availability, sourcing costs, seasonal fluctuations or other business factors.
The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
3. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, NK Dates may contact the customer regarding an alternative, replacement, cancellation or refund, as applicable.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance until payment and order confirmation have been received.
NK Dates reserves the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue involving product availability, pricing, payment, delivery or suspected misuse.
5. Payment
Currently, NK Dates accepts payment through:
- UPI
- Bank Account
Orders will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Free delivery is available on eligible orders of ₹1,499 or above.
Orders below ₹1,499 may have applicable delivery charges.

7. Returns & Refunds
Food products are generally non-returnable after the customer checks and accepts the order at delivery.
For damaged, incorrect or verified defective products, customers should contact NK Dates as soon as possible.

8. Festive Offer
NK Dates may provide promotional gifts during selected festive campaigns.

Eligibility, gift items and promotional conditions may vary.
Festive gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with another item of similar promotional value where necessary.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Providing a complete delivery address
- Checking products at delivery
- Storing products appropriately after delivery
- Following any storage instructions provided with the product

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts and seeds.
